Caitlin Haywood

Caitlin Haywood (Chicago, IL) originally from Indianapolis, graduated from the Point Park Conservatory. She made her professional dance and choreographic debuts with PillowProject, a multi-media dance company (Pittsburgh, PA). Caitlin works to present dance which focuses on human interaction, whether that is humorous day to day or thought-provoking. She strives to commission composers, visual artists, and designers to collaborate on new works. She has worked with local artistis such as Chicago Freelance Dance, Jan Bartoszek for Hedwig Dances 25th Anniversary, On Tap Chicago, and Megan Rhyme for Chicago Fringe. Most recently, her choreography was presented at Lake.Eden.Arts.Festival (Asheville, NC).
