Roberta Wong

Roberta Wong (Indianapolis, IN) is adjunct professor at the Butler University department of dance, adjunct lecturer at Indiana University (Bloomington) contemporary dance program and faculty at Jordan Academy of dance. She has taught at the Mid-States Regional Dance Festival and the Indiana Repertory Theatre Summer Conservatory. She was dance coordinator and faculty at Anderson University, helping to establish their dance minor program. She was a professional dancer with the Boston Ballet, Indianapolis Ballet Theatre, Gregory Hancock Dance Theater and Dance Kaleidoscope, where she was also rehearsal director and company teacher. She is the recipient of two Creative Renewal fellowships from the Arts Council of Indianapolis and an Individual Artist Program grant from the Indiana Arts Commission. She was honored in Indianapolis Woman magazine and would like to thank her family as well as her mentor, David Hochoy.
